THEATRICAL  CAMPERS PROGRAM INFORMATION POLICIES  AND  REGISTRATION 

EARLY DROP OFF AND LATE PICK UP

Start time is 9.30 am, early drop off is 8:30 am, Finish time is 4.30 pm late pick up is 5.30 pm.

For all early drop off and late pick up, there will be a charge of $5 cash per day.

If you arrive to pick up at 4.31pm, you will be charged $5 per child.

LUNCH AND SNACKS

Campers are encouraged to bring in lunch everyday, however , daily there will be sale of a "Snack Combo" consisting of a drink, Chips and Fruits for $5.00. Every Friday is Pizza Day, Where your child(ren) can purchase a slice of Pizza , Drink, Chips for $6.00. We will do everything in our power to ensure that everything sold is nut free, however we cannot guarantee. So it is imperative that youths are aware of what they are allowed to have.

ATTENDANCE

Good attendance is imperative, as absences and tardiness can hold back an entire class. Campers

should be prompt and prepared for each class. Door closes at 10am. No one will be allowed in

after 10am. We do not for see any day cancellation, however if we have to cancel a day, we

would let all parents know before the day.

PRACTICE WEAR

For dance classes, dance wear is required for all classes. Students must wear comfortable formfitting dance attire to display proper body alignment and allow for easy movement. No baggy tshirts, baggy shorts, short skirt, no jewelry or other inappropriate attire will be allowed. Hair should always be securely pulled away from the face.

CAMPING RULES

All campers must at all times be respectful of each other and to instructors and coaches. Any

form of disrespect will not be tolerated. All campers must adhere to all rules and policies of the

camping program. If any camper is found to be disrespectful, the camper would be discontinued

from the program.

PROPERTY CARE

All campers must make sure they take very good care of their property and keep it safe at all

times. If anything is found at the end of each day, it will be kept till the end of the week and then

disposed immediately. It is important that everyone takes very good care of their belongings. All campers must also treat school property with care. If you are caught damaging the school

property, you will be held liable and asked to pay for such damage.

STUDIO RULES

  1.  No youths should be in the studio unless enrolled in that particular program by instructor.

  2. Youths should be dressed and prepared for program before it starts.

  3. For dance classes, no street shoes should be worn in the studios. Please change into dance shoes before class.

  4. No food or drinks of any kind are allowed in the dance studios.

  5. Chewing gum is never allowed in the dance studios.

  6. No fighting, pushing, or chocking at any point in time.

  7. Always treat your instructors and fellow youths with respect.
