We offer convenient free office pickup for all customers. Simply place your order online and select the Office Pickupoption at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with pickup instructions. Pickup is available during our regular office hours:

Please ensure you bring your order confirmation when picking up your items. Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification.

For customers within Windsor, Essex County, and surrounding areas, we provide local delivery for a flat rate:

• Local Delivery Fee: $10

• Delivery Timeline: 3–5 business days after order processing

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, and carrier volume. For areas outside our local delivery zone, shipping availability may vary and additional fees may apply in the future.

At BKIA, we take pride in providing high-quality products. While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving your item.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

• Original tags and packaging must be intact.

• Exchanges are available for size changes or product defects only.
