Celebrating Excellence: A Look Back at BKIA’s 4th Annual Math Competition

At Black Kids In Action, we believe that brilliance knows no bounds. Our 4th Annual Math Competition, held on Saturday, May 31st, 2025, at Gino A Marcus Park, was a vibrant celebration of confidence, knowledge, and problem-solving among Black youth in Windsor and surrounding urban communities.



Event Highlights:

  • Over 11 Grade 11 and 12 students competed in a series of challenging and fun math problems.

  • The competition encouraged teamwork, critical thinking, and perseverance, skills that go far beyond the classroom.

  • Parents, teachers, and volunteers came out in full support, turning the event into a true community celebration.
